The Farmstead Dairy Alliance of
Connecticut (FDAC) is an alliance of consumers, retailers and Connecticut
licensed producers committed to ensuring high quality farmstead products are available to consumers. In
establishing a dialogue with regulatory agencies and professionals in the field
of milk quality and food safety, the alliance promotes the highest professional
standards of dairy management and consumer education
through science-based information. We are committed to good stewardship of land
and animals, which will strengthen the local food
economy in Connecticut.
